Hyundai IONIQ 5 Launch

How does the PLANT-MY-TREE reforestation program work for companies?

Simply complete the intake form linked on this page to contact us and give us an overview of your sustainability goals. One of our experts will be in touch with a planting package tailored to your needs.

Once payment is processed, you receive certificates for each individual tree or, if you prefer, for your entire order, as well as marketing materials on your chosen planting location.

What Kind of Marketing Support Is Included in My Purchase?

While planting is our priority, we also support our climate partners with agency-level marketing services. Shortly after your order, you’ll receive your tree certificates and free marketing materials.

Additionally, we provide personalised marketing services based on your order size.

Can Companies Join or Participate in Tree Planting?

Starting from orders of 100 trees or more, we invite partners to join the planting on-site.

What to Expect:

Invitations are sent 2-4 weeks before planting during planting season. If you can’t make it, contact us to receive the press kit with images of your planting location. If you would like to attend with your entire team, we are happy to organize a team event for a memorable planting day with your employees.

Can I use PLANT-MY-TREE® logos, images etc.?

You must get our approval before any online or offline publication or usage. We need to provide you with proof for text and/or image release.

You may only use the official logos we provide, including the PLANT-MY-TREE font with capital letters, hyphens, and ® symbol.

Even when referencing or linking to www.plant-my-tree.de, please inform us for approval.

Regarding images: You may only use images after we provide them to you. Please note that some images on our homepage come from databases where we don’t own the copyright.

If you are unable to attend the planting to take your own pictures, you are welcome to visit the planting location anytime after reforestation (we recommend the months of May and June when everything is in bloom).

Depending on your chosen tree package, you will also receive 2 or more images taken by us during the planting of your trees. Additional images of the area in following years can be obtained through us for a fee.

For every image you receive from PLANT-MY-TREE®, either PLANT-MY-TREE® or a photographer holds the copyright. You must always display this copyright. If you don’t receive specific copyright information for an image, please credit it as: ©PLANT-MY-TREE®.

Please note that we reserve the right to prohibit image use at any time and will pursue copyright violations through legal channels.

Can I use your logos or labels in connection with my products, services, or projects?

You can use PLANT-MY-TREE® logos or labels with products, services, or projects after getting approval from PLANT-MY-TREE®, e.g. on your homepage and social media.

To prevent greenwashing, we will ask you to answer these questions first:

Which product, project, or service?
What is the duration?
What percentage from the product, project, or service goes to reforestation?

Important notes:

You can only mention PLANT-MY-TREE® logos or labels in direct connection with products, projects, or services after approval
We will take action against illegal use of our logos and labels, which are protected quality seals for actual reforestation in Germany
Unauthorized use will result in damages of €10,000 or 10% of the profit from products, projects, or services, whichever is higher
